My treatments begin with a combination of gentle skeletal rocking and soft joint jiggling that lengthen the body and warm the soft tissue. Once the muscular system is opened this way, the gentle deep tissue massage can be done with soft weighted touch rather than force. Tension yields and breath deepens. The treatment is completed by soothing the nervous system with CranioSacral work. All systems are touched, the whole body experience is transformed.
