Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping people of all kinds meet their goals through nutrition and wellness and live a healthier life. Each client has their own personal plan that we devise together, so that it is something they can utilize long term.

Brittany loves to cook and has combined this hobby with her passion for health and longevity to help clients cultivate a diet that is focused on clean eating and real foods. Working with Brittany, clients will learn to develop sustainable, healthy habits that will become a lifestyle, lasting them beyond their immediate goals.
