I work with busy women who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, inflamed, uncomfortable in their bodies, or frustrated that nothing they try seems to last. Many are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, hormones, stress, or years of confusing nutrition advice while constantly putting themselves last. They often come to me feeling stuck, defeated, and disconnected from their bodies — wanting support that finally feels realistic, personalized, sustainable, and free from guilt or extreme rules.
