My approach to health is collaborative and holistic; I want to understand who you are and how the imbalance/pain/disease originated, so that we can help the body heal. I typically employ deep acupressure before doing acupuncture, a unique style, and use food, herbs and supplements to strengthen the body. I enjoy teaching people about the traditional oriental philosophy and methods, and also teach relaxation practices and yoga poses.

I presently see patients individually, I also conduct meal groups where individuals can get support with their eating.
