Many times, clients I work with feel preoccupied/obsessed with food and diet culture and are seeking release from this distress. The typical clientele I work with includes those struggling with disordered eating, those looking to gain or lose weight, and those who have concerns about cardiovascular health. I also have a Master of Science degree in Nutrition & Physical Performance and enjoy meeting with athletes to discuss ways to optimize performance through nutritional habits.

Dr. Sharon Johnson-Eby, LAc., MSOM, DCM, is a Licensed Acupuncturist with NCCAOM board certification in Acupuncture, Master’s and Doctorate degree in Chinese Medicine. She’s the founder of An Medi-Zen, which utilizes both Integrative Health & Chinese Medicine. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition. Combined, I have over 15 years of experience specializing in nutrition and yoga therapy for people who struggle with eating issues, body image, trauma, anxiety and depression symptoms. With the integration of nutrition and yoga therapy into their support plan, I have had the honor of witnessing numerous people find peace and happiness in body and mind.

I am a Registered Dietitian who strives to help clients develop a better relationship with food. I specialize in sports performance and eating disorder care. I help athletes and active individuals ages 15-40 heal from disordered eating, an eating disorder or Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). My passion lies in helping others break free from diet culture, develop a positive relationship with food and achieve peak performance. I practice from an anti-diet, Healthy At Every Size (HAES) lens, meaning you will never hear me demonize food or bodies.

Dr. Nate Champion is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Arizona and registered in the state of Minnesota. He is extensively trained in both conventional and alternative medicine. He has attended a 4-year, accredited medical school, including 2 years of clinical rotations, and has passed national board exams. Dr. Champion is Board Certified by the North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners (NABNE). He is also a founding board member and the current Treasurer of the Gastroenterology Association of Naturopathic Physicians (GastroANP), and past Vice President and current member of the Minnesota Association of Naturopathic Physicians (MNANP).

I have been a practitioner since I graduated from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1991. For my MS, MD and PHD degrees I specialized in the areas of neurology and gerontology.I practiced acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) and TCM health Center in Minnesota from October 2004 to April 2010. I practice acupuncture and Chinese herbology in Jing River Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine Edina Clinic, Woodbury Clinic, Roseville Clinic and Hastings Clinic in different location now.
