My name is Misty Nason, owner of Viva Nutrition Counseling LLC. I’m a licensed Registered Dietitian and Certified Renal Specialist, lover of food and life-long student. I have been a dietitian for over 21 years and worked with people who have Chronic Kidney Disease and Nephrolithiasis (kidney stones) for the past 19 years. We will customize and integrate the massage session with myofacial release, deep tissue, swedish and stretch therapy massage. You may also request to add Cupping, Hot Stones, Percussion Massage Gun with Theragun or CBD oil to your session. Massage sessions are therapeutic, healing and relaxing. All massage sessions are the full time you are scheduled for.

I'm Lisa (she/her), a Registered Dietitian, with a private practice located in Tacoma, Washington. My goal, desire and commitment to my clients is to help and empower them to make peace with food and their bodies, with a specialty in nutritional counseling for those who struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating, feeding issues and poor body image. I am an "anti-diet" dietitian and practice through a Health at Every Size (HAES) and weight-inclusive care lens, incorporating intuitive and mindful eating principles and practices.

I collaborate with my clients using a non diet, Healthy at Every Size (HAES) approach to help them find peace and contentment in their relationship with food, their bodies and their lives. Hi, my name is Rachel Dyal (she/her). I enjoy working with all clients as they navigate an eating disorder or disordered eating. Due to the four years I spent as an US Army Dietitian, I have experience supporting Service Members and Veterans as they navigate the immediate and long-term impact of the intense pressure and scrutiny military environments place on eating, movement, and physical appearance. I also support Service Members' loved ones as their eating and body image is often influenced by the military eating environment.

I'm Linden Hale (she/her/hers), and I am a weight-inclusive Registered Dietitian. I specialize in eating disorders/disordered eating, menstrual health, digestive health, and relationships to food and body. I love working with patients of all genders, neurotypes, and identities who are ready to explore their relationship to food with curiosity and compassion with an affirming care team. I know that the best expert on your life and experience is you, so I take a collaborative, client-led approach to my work. My counseling style includes humor, sarcasm, compassionate honesty, and appearances by my two Corgi dogs (Barley and Pepper).
