I am an anti-diet Registered dietitian/nutrition therapist, who specializes in working with clients with eating disorders, and disordered eating. I am also passionate about working with pregnancy and postpartum clients, teaching them how to ditch the diet mentality and work toward a better relationship with food and their body.
