At Innerchi, we use many forms of acupuncture and Chinese medicine including fire cupping, acupressure and the insertion of acupuncture needles to help facilitate healing and the movement of Qi.

I am a family care naturopath, with emphasis on women's and children's health. Hormonal issues, stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral and attention issues are areas I am extremely passionate about. Taking the time necessary to listen to you and get to the root cause of the problem is of the upmost importance to me. Prevention, I think, is maybe the most important part I play in the symphony that is good health. Erin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with extensive experience working with those impacted by eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. For several years Erin worked as the lead dietitian at a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient level eating disorder clinic. She is currently accepting clients appropriate for outpatient nutrition counseling, and is a great fit for those looking to improve their behaviors and thoughts surrounding food, body, and/or exercise. Additionally, Erin enjoys working with athletes looking for help fueling, and those looking for help improving their lipid panel/cholesterol.
