At VidaEats, we specialize in getting to know your specific needs and working with them to help prevent or delay kidney failure. Our goal is to reduce the amount of people who end up on renal replacement therapy (dialysis). If you are on dialysis, we can provide nutrition care in step with your in-center dietitian to help you feel more energized and improve your lab parameters.

Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m a Registered Dietitian and I specialize in working with individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as anyone who is tired of dieting and wants to have a more peaceful relationship with food and their body. I am licensed in Florida and Georgia and I see clients virtually.

Your relationship with food and body is essential. We live in a society that discourages nurturing our inner child. Yo-yo dieting, calorie counting, and other weight-loss methods are exhausting. Using these strategies can find us labeling and avoiding certain foods. You deserve nourishment that works for you. As a non-diet dietitian, I work to improve the connection between you and food. During our sessions we will focus on gaining insight on how foods make you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally.
