I am a integrative lifestyle medicine dietitian with over 30 years experience working in a major medical center providing evidence based nutrition therapy approaches. My expertise and passion is in the areas of digestive health, GI nutrition and I am a FODMAP trained dietitian (for IBS) from the Monash University. I provide medical nutrition therapy for IBS, Crohns disease, inflammatory bowel conditions. In addition, I provide medical nutrition therapy for chronic health issues such as, diabetes, weight management, women's health issues, obesity, heart disease, high cholesterol, healthy aging, cancer and autoimmune disorders.

Each patient that comes in to see me has a story to tell. I listen and address the root causes that guides each person towards a path to health and well-being. We will create an individualized program that includes meal planning and recipes, along with a functional approach to feeling better and getting the results you want. If needed, we can test for food sensitivities using LEAP/MRT, hormones, micronutrient deficiencies, cardiometabolic, and stool testing for gut health. This holistic approach assesses someone's body as a whole to bring balance back into one's life.

From infertility to perinatal to perimenopause, Kate guides her clients through a functional nutrition lens.

She then completed her residency in naturopathic and integrative medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. She enjoys hiking, playing the guitar and piano, participating in church activities, spending time with family and friends, and going on adventures with her husband, Josh. She wants to continue to bring naturopathic medicine to the South and around the country.

Emily Cleveland-Job, a Naturopathic Doctor, received her doctoral degree from the National College of Natural Medicine, now the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, OR. Her approach to health begins with the belief that clients are best served when the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional aspects of health are all considered and addressed. She emphasizes prevention of disease by promoting healthy lifestyle choices and whole foods nutrition.
