I have a wide experience of treatments, everything from pediatrics to cancer. I am willing to work with anyone who is willing to give Traditional Chinese Medicine a chance.

I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders/disordered eating for over 10 years. My goal is to help women heal their relationship with food while nourishing their bodies. I help to educate and empower women through their recovery with disordered eating and negative body image. I listen and take into account the whole person in order to create a lifestyle and eating plan that is realistic for their lives.

I counsel patients making behavior modifications and lifestyle changes to help them meet their health and nutrition goals. I understand the value of support and accountability when embarking on a new health journey to create long-term, sustainable change. I believe in an integrative approach to health and wellness, providing patient-centered care, knowing that one’s relationship with food can be impacted by many factors. Being able to participate in this journey kindles my passion for helping others be empowered to achieve their goals and have a healthy relationship with food, and improve their quality of life.

Our is to provide weight inclusive medical nutrition therapy, using the principles of Intuitive Eating in a HAES aligned practice. The intent of our counseling is to help people find peace with food freedom, develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, and focus on gentle nutrition to manage and prevent chronic disease states.

She graduated from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China where she studied more than 3000 hours in addition to 1800 hours of clinic intership. She has worked in TCM hospitals in China as physician by using a combination of TCM and Western Medicine for diagnosis and treatments of various diseases. Dr. Jun Fu has practiced acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine for above 20 years. Dr. Jun Fu obtained Ph.D degree in human Immunology and has a strong background in both of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.

She will focus on fostering a positive relationship to food and support you in making choices that align with your well-being. Her Hispanic upbringing also focuses on adding cultural foods that are nourishing and important for some.
