As a registered clinical dietitian I've spent much of my career working with individuals struggling with mental health disorders and disordered eating. Hi there! I'm Rachel, and I'm a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping my clients improve their health through a holistic approach to nutrition and wellness. I focus primarily on relationship to food and body with an all-foods-can-fit mindset. I specialize in disordered eating and women's health, and have experience in many other conditions including hormone health, digestive health, diabetes, cholesterol, osteoporosis, autoimmune conditions, and general weight management.

I was trained at Zhejiang Traditional Medical College and Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medical University in China. After I received my Chinese medical degree in 1985 and MS degree in 1988, I worked as an Assistant Professor and Professor at the Medical College of Wenzhou, P.R. of China. After I received my Ph.D from Kanazawa Medical University, Japan, I engaged in both high quality medical research and clinical work in traditional Chinese medicine. Upon completion of my degree, I decided to continue my research in pulmonary biology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras, India. I am a professional member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) and have attained massage therapy licensure in Ohio. I have had intensive training in Precision Neuromuscular therapy and certified in Spinal Reflex Therapy. Melanie Schaffer is a registered dietitian who holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from The University of Akron, where she also completed her dietetic internship. She has extensive experience working with clients who suffer from eating disorders and disordered eating and has worked in all levels of care. Dr. Jessica is a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) who specializes in women’s health and fertility. Based out of Cincinnati, OH, she provides both virtual appointments for people across the country, and in-person appointments for those who are local to the area. She provides support for holistic fertility and women's health. Dr. Jessica graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine, one of the six accredited naturopathic medical programs, with a doctorate in naturopathic medicine and a certificate in naturopathic obstetrics and midwifery.

Many clients seek me out when they are at the end of their rope & have tried everything to resolve pain. Over 23 years experience as a massage therapist. Virtually all physical pain has an emotional component either behind it or attached to it. So beyond treating physical pain I utilize EFT (emotional freedom techniques) to help clients deal with un-resolved emotional events contributing to their pain.
