Meet Sarah Hall: I am a passionate, fun-loving RDN who takes an empathetic, judgement free approach. I have a special love for sports nutrition, working with athletes or those training for races and challenges as I spent most of my life as an athlete and spent time working as an RD in an elite training center. As a type 1 diabetic I have a great enthusiasm for any and all diabetes patients, I understand the struggles and what it can take to manage.

Before opening my own practice in Folsom, I worked at a busy acupuncture clinic for 4 years where we saw average 55 patients per day. It was precious experience for me as I was able to see and treat various medical conditions from the age of one-month-old babies to over 100-years-old elders. In Japan, acupuncture has been used extensively to treat childhood ailments. For youger childrens, I use special pediatric tools that developed about 300 years ago in Japan. Childrens, actually, respond better and faster than adults due to their sensitivity.

Dr. Brinkley enjoys general family practice and has a special passion for working with women and children. Through additional training in midwifery she has gained experience in this regard, including a unique appreciation of the value and application of natural health strategies during and after pregnancy. This includes breastfeeding concerns, emotional changes, and physical issues following pregnancy. Dr. Brinkley provides well-woman care and helps women struggling with menstrual irregularities from adolescence to menopause.

Dr. Matthew Solbrig is a California Licensed Naturopathic Doctor. He offers a diverse background of experience and hands-on approach to patient care. After completing his studies at Bastyr, he joined Sophia Health Institute as the naturopathic resident of Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, medical director and founder, assisting patients from around the world with complex health issues and developing his skills in advanced injections, heavy- metal detoxification, neural therapy and Autonomic Response Testing – these additional diagnostic and treatment tools have become invaluable to his practice in complex illness management.

Dr. Hanson is a California licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor. He received his doctorate in 2007 at the prestigious National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) located in Portland, Oregon. He has been an associate doctor with Dr. Frank Shallenberger MD at The Nevada Center in Carson City for seven years. Dr. Shallenberger is well known throughout the United States for his pioneering work using ozone gas (Prolozone) for treating chronic joint pains and acute injuries. This is what brought Dr. Hanson to this region from the Pacific Northwest, to learn this therapy and acquire the skill to use it effectively.

Dr. George is an experienced coach, counselor, and naturopathic doctor. His personal and professional experience in movement, physical training, meditation, mindfulness, and mind-body exercise surpasses 35 years. Throughout that time breathing, mindfulness, and mind-body practices have been integral to his approach to training and care. While the first half of his career focused on exercise and physical performance, the latter half has been oriented toward health and wellness. His primary focus during this time has been on treating stress, anxiety, trauma, attention, and emotional disorders. ​
