“I work best with patients who either already believe in natural medicine approaches, or who have tried traditional treatments without success, and are now willing to make the necessary lifestyle adjustments. The patients who tell me my treatments resonate best with them are usually those who are open with me, and willing to consider the possible mental and emotional connection to physical issues (when relevant). Visits tend to go deep and often become emotional at some point or another. I treat many functional illnesses - chronic constipation/diarrhea, hormonal imbalance, adrenal fatigue, migraines, hypothyroidism, insomnia, depression, anxiety, acne, eczema, allergies.
“An essential principal of Naturopathic medicine is the "healing power of nature"(Vis Medicatrix Naturae). This concept forms the foundation of my belief and approach to medicine. I also serve on the board of directors for the "Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians" (OncANP). I am the current Vice President and chair of research for this specialty organization.
