“Good posture is an important defense against tension, pain, and injury. Preventing injuries and working comfortably at a computer calls for a continuing balance between good postural alignment and ergonomic positioning of equipment that encourages good posture. I teach individuals how to achieve this balance. First, I teach a single movement pattern that releases tension and automatically realigns posture. Second, I teach a set of four ergonomic principals for positioning equipment which when followed, maintains this good posture.
