I then widened my experience and furthered my skills by working in the outpatient setting. I again worked with adolescents and adults both with eating disorders and other medical conditions requiring medical nutrition therapy. Since that time I have worked as the lead dietitian at the residential treatment level of care treating adolescents with severe eating disorders.
