I translate my culinary training into my practice by promoting food as not only a source of fuel, but comfort, tradition, celebration, connection, and recovery.

Faith specializes in working with those interested in PCOS, IBS, GI Conditions, Infertility Nutrition, Low FODMAP, bariatrics, and more. She believes that food choices should not only support someone’s physical health, but their social, emotional, and mental health as well. Her past experiences have fueled her particular interest in health and wellness, and she loves helping clients find creative ways to make food both nourishing and healing. Through evidence-based practice and individualized care, Faith aims to help patients form positive relationships with food that will promote long-lasting healthy habits.

She has worked with conditions including pregnancy, postpartum, poor weight gain, feeding difficulties, gastrointestinal disease, congenital heart disease, transplant, and inborn errors of metabolism. She loves working with children and adults alike and believes there is something to learn from every client she meets.
