I have over 23 years experience as a registered nurse and 14 years as acupuncturist. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware in 1988, and a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from MUIH, formerly known as Tai Sophia Institute, in 2007. I have practiced nursing at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, King Edward Memorial Hospital in Bermuda, and at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Additionally, I was a research nurse with Johns Hopkins University, studying heart failure and cardiomyopathy. After completing a clinical internship at Tai Sophia Institute, I opened my private practice in 2007.

Isabelle is a bilingual (Spanish) dietitian who has helped hundreds of patients living with chronic disease improve their relationship with food to aid in their health outcomes. Isabelle’s main focus is on preventing and treating disease through nutrition education and lifestyle changes. Her mantra: Prevention is key in health! ‌ In her free time, Isabelle does photography, goes to new restaurants around the city, plays tennis with her local team, and plans her next destination to travel to. The next place on her list is Japan, for its culture, food, and people. ‌

I provide nutrition education and counseling to help you with healthy eating lifestyle which can assist you with weight management, control of diabetes, gestational diabetes and many other health conditions such as hyperlipidemia, kidney disease or any digestive issues to include Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, bariatric surgery. I have many years of experience helping patients with tube feedings and assisted patients with Total Parenteral Nutrition. She graduated from Yo San University in 2012 with a master’s in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and went on to get her doctorate in 2014 with a focus on healthy aging and longevity. She spent time in China studying at the Shanghai University spending time in the stroke center. She had a private practice in LA for eight years where she treated a wide variety of conditions, including but not limited to pain, digestion, PMS, fertility, stress, and anxiety.

Chinese Medical Doctor Guorong Du graduated from Hubei University of Chinese Medicine of China in 1983, and has been practicing since then. She had practiced as principal doctor of Chinese medicine for 15 years from 1983 to 1998 at Wuhan Commercial Hospital in China that provides multiple functions with 500 beds. Her experience in the hospital included: clinical services, hospital wards, medical consultant and training instructions. In the USA since she came in 1998, She has successfully treated many patients with different kinds of symptoms and diseases.
