Hi, I’m Renee Stark and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2016 and Certified Personal Trainer since 2018. Having personally faced challenges with disordered eating in the past, I have held a longstanding belief that the root of achieving good overall health lies not in the specific foods we consume, but rather in the intricate relationship we have with food and our underlying beliefs concerning it. Having experience working at an eating disorder outpatient center after college, I was introduced to the principles of intuitive eating, food-freedom, and all-foods-fit. These are the same concepts that I continue to embrace today.

Hi! I am so glad you are here. My name is Kristin Vora and I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, as well as disordered eating. I will be completing my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist credential in 2024 and I work with clients of all ages that have any of the following: Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-Eating Disorder, EDNOS, ARFID, and Orthorexia. I also work with clients that have disordered eating, as it does not require a diagnosis to want to improve your relationship to food and your body.
