This is in large part due to the massive amount of misinformation circulating about diet, in many instances due to monetary incentive. There is nothing I enjoy more than debunking the food myths and helping my clients see with clarity what they can do to take charge of their health. Managing gastrointestinal and autoimmune issues can be overwhelming. I see clients with a variety of GI and autoimmune issues, but I don't take a one size fits all approach. I start with what has been found to help most individuals with specific GI/autoimmune issues, then make changes from there. I work in collaboration with my clients to develop a plan that works to help with symptom management. Majority of my clients are frustrated with the length of their struggle, so I am available for questions, concerns and overall support.

Nicole Burnett is a graduate of SHI Medical Massage School in Lebanon, Ohio. She is a licensed massage therapist through the Ohio State Medical Board and also holds her national certification in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work. She has additional training in CranioSacral Therapy Levels I, II, III, S.E.R. and Lymphatic Drainage through the renown Upledger Institute. In addition she is trained in Brain Therapy from the Chickly Institute. She also holds certifications in Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Energy Therapy, and is trained in the John Barnes Method of Myofascial Release.
