I specialize in food allergy and intolerance, including eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), celiac disease, food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES) and maternal diet elimination for breastfeeding babies with food protein-induced allergy. After completing her undergraduate degree at Cornell University and working a few years in the business field, she pursued and completed her doctoral degree at the University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine.
