You may achieve your relaxation requirements from me in a variety of ways. I deal mostly with reducing your stress through medium work to all of your major muscle groups. The pressure may increase to a stronger touch to impact more muscle and thus increase the relaxation response. I like stretching and so will you as when tight muscles are taken through their ranges of motion, breathing stabilizes and flexibility improves.
