Although good advice and good for you, what many don't realize is going for a walk or doing yoga or doing anything really can often seem overwhelming when grief is present. Your only requirement here is to relax and breathe and release emotion if need be. I to have had a significant death loss in my life. I understand. Through therapeutic bodywork and relaxation techniques we can ease the stresses in the body and the physical manifestation of grief.
