Jessica Cortez, MS, RD, LD is a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders. Jessica graduated from Texas State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science. Jessica went on to complete her Master of Science in Nutrition at Texas Woman’s University. Jessica has experience working individually with clients as young as 7 years old and up to 79 years old. Jessica has a great deal of knowledge working with a variety of diagnoses including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), diabulimia and orthorexia/disordered eating.

I focus my attention on the uniqueness of an individual. I try to reach the widest demographic of people, where I share generalized and/or specific nutritional knowledge, based on the individual's need. My specialization includes working with individuals' in eating disorder treatment/recovery, those undergoing body image restoration, and those with disordered relationships with food and/or their bodies, so that they have the highest quality of life.
