With a background in NCAA and experience in elite-level cycling, I understand the challenges athletes face in trying to reach the next level. Whether recovering from injury, addressing nutritional issues, or improving the relationship with food and body, I'm here to guide you back to peak performance.

I’m a registered dietitian offering virtual nutrition counseling to help you improve your health and heal your relationship with food. My specialties include: eating disorders, binge eating disorder, disordered eating, women's health, and intuitive eating.

My goal is educating my patients in multiple aspects of wellness so that they experience healing on all levels.
