I currently have a New Hampshire license in Acupuncture. I began my career in China where I underwent formal Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine training and worked at Chongqing TCM Orthopedics Hospital for 10 years as OMD (Oriental Medical Doctor) and Acupuncturist. After I came to the US, I took the exam for the Acupuncture Board diploma and have served in New Hampshire as an acupuncturist since 2003.

I became a dietitian in 2013 because of a strong interest and passion for food. That passion for food started in my teens and ultimately fueled my decision to go to culinary school.
