My medical practice of over 20 years focuses on the treatment of the whole individual to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. I'm a licensed massage therapist practicing Structural Integration and somatic bodywork. Integrating heart and science into every session, I believe that bodywork, often pursued in relief of pain, can also improve our relationship with our bodies and deepen our experience in the world around us. I bring an awareness of the educational, experiential process of receiving bodywork, making lasting change through awareness and embodiment, in addition to very effective technique.
