Due to the four years I spent as an US Army Dietitian, I have experience supporting Service Members and Veterans as they navigate the immediate and long-term impact of the intense pressure and scrutiny military environments place on eating, movement, and physical appearance. I also support Service Members' loved ones as their eating and body image is often influenced by the military eating environment.
