I have overcome two abdominal surgeries as well as numerous sports-related injuries to my head, neck, and lower back. I understand what works and what does not. However, I felt like something was missing within the conventional field and explored other ways of healing. That is when I fell in love with Naturopathic Medicine. I then obtained my Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University. I have done advanced training in Intravenous nutrition and Platelet-Rich-Plasma (PRP) micro-needling. I specialize in gut conditions, women’s health, anti-aging and integrative medicine.
