I have just moved to the Houston area and have an office located at Hand and Stone in the Oak Forest area. My ideal client is male or female from the age of 17 to the elder years. They are active in maintaining what is for them, optimal health. Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping people of all kinds meet their goals through nutrition and wellness and live a healthier life. Each client has their own personal plan that we devise together, so that it is something they can utilize long term.

I am a native Houstonian who earned my Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from The American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. Prior to my training in acupuncture and herbal medicine, I was a yoga instructor. I completed thorough, well-rounded teacher trainings with Robert Boustany as well as Ana Forrest. I now incorporate my knowledge of the breath, the body & finding balance ~ from the inside, out ~ to my acupuncture practice.

As a massage therapist I believe in the value of customer care, that is why I have emphasized on training myself in many different modalities; So, I can blend on the massage sessions some of these different techniques like deep tissue, trigger points, acupressure and cranial-sacral, just to mention some few modalities that I use on my practice.
