I am a graduate of the Masters of Dietetics and Nutrition (MDN) program at The Ohio State University, where I received years of hands-on experience as a Sports Nutrition Intern. I had the pleasure of working with various OSU teams including Football, Men’s Ice Hockey, Dance, Men's and Women’s Swim & Dive, and Synchronized Swimming. I gained invaluable experience in the field of Performance Nutrition, including evidence-based practices in assessment, targeted nutrition interventions, injury prevention, and food service management in sport. Erin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with extensive experience working with those impacted by eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. For several years Erin worked as the lead dietitian at a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient level eating disorder clinic. She is currently accepting clients appropriate for outpatient nutrition counseling, and is a great fit for those looking to improve their behaviors and thoughts surrounding food, body, and/or exercise. Additionally, Erin enjoys working with athletes looking for help fueling, and those looking for help improving their lipid panel/cholesterol.
