Some of my past work experiences have included long term care, foodservice management, private practice serving individuals with eating disorders, and inpatient positions in hospitals. My passion for teaching the future generation of nutrition professionals led me to start teaching in 2018.

20 years ago, a fifty years old male patient came to my clinic and asked for a few minutes of conversation with me. He was injured at work, suffering disabling headaches, stress, backaches and knees pain. I treated him with electroacupuncture, cupping and lamp once a week. Two months later, he got rid of MD's drugs and went back to work. His name is William.

The patients I treat best are the ones who know that there's something wrong in their lives, and are willing to work as a team with the physician to fix it.
