Stacey Simon is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a passion for serving the adult and older adult population. She has worked with thousands of clients with a variety of nutrition concerns, including unintentional weight loss, high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart health, healthy aging, and general wellbeing. She has a Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nutritional Science from the University of Connecticut. She is board certified as a Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition (CSG), which makes her an expert in Older Adult nutrition.

Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her education at Mount Mary University and her clinical internship at Roger’s Behavioral Health, both in Wisconsin. Within her first year of being an RDN, Emily presented to over 100 RDNs in her state on the importance of weight inclusive care.
