At Journey Nutrition Counseling we deeply understand that your relationship with food and your body is much more than calorie formulas and scientific facts. At Journey we provide nutrition education based on your needs, but you will also find a safe space to identify any mental or emotional aspects of eating that may be holding you back from the life you want.
