I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience in sports nutrition, eating disorders & disordered eating in children and adults, pediatric nutrition, gastrointestinal issues, body image concerns, and food allergies. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia. I then earned my Master of Science degree in Nutrition from Auburn University while completing research on the Mediterranean Diet. I completed my dietetic internship at the University of Houston with a focus on sports nutrition and disordered eating.

She comes to us from Jackson Hole, Wyoming - an extreme sport haven - where she worked side by side with Physical Therapists to performed injury specific massage to improve recovery on injured athletes. In private practice, she also worked with a wide range of clients and has designed plans for people of all ages - including the very young and older members of the community. She works to understand each of her clients' individual needs to create a plan that clients can stick with. She knows: You are unique.
