Amanda is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) that specializes in plant-based eating, sports nutrition, & the intersection of the two. She also likes to work with those who have ARFID (Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) because there are not many dietitians who have experience in or understand it. She is a former high school science teacher with a M.Ed in science education who changed careers to become a RDN. She is also an avid runner & former division 1 cross country/ track athlete, who is enthusiastic about & fueled by a vegan diet. Amanda is also a UESCA Certified Running Coach.

For nearly a decade, I have specialized in working with adolescents and adults with disordered eating and medical nutrition therapy. I have worked as an RD in a variety of populations including eating disorders, general nutrition therapy at hospitals, the director of nutrition at a residential treatment facility and outpatient levels of care. If you are looking for nutrition support, monitoring of weight, labs, vitals, meal planning and improved symptoms related to food- I will coordinate care with those relevant to work toward our wellness goals created in our initial session.

Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago who has been practicing dietetics for nearly two decades. She is committed to helping people achieve their wellness goals through a holistic and personalized approach to nutrition counseling. Drawing on her deep understanding of nutrition science she sees her role not only as educator, but as partner and collaborator in identifying skills, practices and sustainable daily actions that drive lasting change.

Dr. Mark, Board Certified in Atlas Orthogonal, found great relief from pain through Chiropractic and realized this was his passion. Originally an Electrical Engineer, attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Mark experienced the gentle precision of Atlas Orthogonal and interned at the Sweat Institute of Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic with Dr. Roy Sweat, the inventor of Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic. After two years of intensive instruction in Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic, Dr. Mark returned to Chicago to help Chicagoland get rid of pain. Hi! My name is Kelsey and I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2014, licensed in the state of Illinois. I’ve always had an interest in food, which started in childhood. I was a very picky eater (sorry mom and dad!), and decided early on that I would be a vegetarian. As I’ve gotten older, I have expanded my food palate, but I’ve always stuck with the morals of eating foods that help me feel good and I believe that is a guiding principle of overall health.

For over 20 years, Sonia has worked in the field of holistic healing as a student and practitioner and has been devoted to bringing her nurturing and compassionate support to all her patients, adults, teens and children, guiding them towards health and wellness. Hyundo (a.k.a. Hans) Kim is a licensed acupuncturist in Illinois and a former professor at the prestigious Sangji University in Korea. He received his bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Then he graduated from Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA with Magna Cum Laude and spent the next eight years in Korea, working at Korean Research Institute of Geriatrics as the senior researcher and then at Sangji University.
