This is best accomplished one behavior at a time. At the first session, we establish personal goals and useful tools. During following sessions, we review previous food and activity logs. Then we discuss 1-2 practical actions that contribute to the desired health goals established.

For nearly a decade, I have specialized in working with adolescents and adults with disordered eating and medical nutrition therapy.
