Hello! I'm Mikaela and I am a non-diet dietitian. I am passionate about helping my clients develop an intuitive relationship with food while letting go of diet culture, body shame, and perfectionism. I work with adults and adolescents ages 13 and up who struggle with a variety of disordered eating and body image concerns. Dr. Sarah Cassidy provides general family care to the whole family, from pediatrics to elderly, including pregnancy and infancy. My name is Megan Charles and I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I have a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition Sciences and psychology. After college, I went to work for a nutrition tech company to help create an app that could personalize nutrition for any user but felt the drive to make more of an impact. I worked for them for 3 years and then I opened my nutrition counseling business, Nutritionally Sound, to reach people on a more personal level and help them on their nutrition journey.

Edward Chiu, LAc., DAOM, comes from a three generation tradition of Chinese medicine. His grandfather was an herbalist, and his father a medical doctor and acupuncturist. Dr. Chiu was trained in the US and in Asia, where he has done extensive apprenticeships with various master acupuncturists. He has been practicing for ten years and graduated from one of the first accredited doctoral programs in Chinese medicine in the United States. He is on the core faculty at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.

I am a down-to-earth (but still-above-the-ground) acupuncturist with a good sense of humor, hair color that's always changing, and a deep interest in my patients' lives. Clients like my personality, which puts them at ease, my gentle needling style, and the fact that I listen and am genuinely interested in what they have to say. My goal in my practice is to have good relationships with my clients and to see them healthy, strong, and enjoying life.

Michael Church DC, CCSP Dr. Church is the clinical director of the Puyallup Regenerative Medicine Spine and Injury Center. He has extensive experience in caring for spinal related issues. These range from trauma related cases as a result of accidents and sports injuries to scoliosis. This accompanied with his comprehensive post-doctoral education allows Dr. Church to treat both the simple and complicated cases. Dr. Church is a member of the Academy of Chiropractic and the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals.

It is my passion and purpose to empower people to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, stress management, movement, and healthy relationships. I believe that everyone is unique in their approach to nutrition and I offer my clients the right tools, knowledge and strategies to help them overcome obstacles and regain their health. Dr. Heidi Codino (she/her/hers) has completed extra trainings in LGBTQ+ healthcare as well as gender affirming care. “Feeling that your presenting features match your identity is very important to your physical, emotional, and mental health”. She wants all her patients to feel whole and happy with who they are. She specializes in minor surgery, LGBTQ+ health, IV therapy, pelvic floor therapy, physical manipulations, pediatrics, pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, chronic pain, and oncology, as well as seeing primary care patients of all ages.
