I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist focusing on helping my clients regain their joy in life. If you're having symptoms of IBS, an autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, or in general know you could feel better, I am here to guide you on your journey to wellness. We work together to find the best diet for your body so you can eat confidently and stop wondering if the next fad diet is the one that will work.

I am a Registered Dietitian in Northern Virginia, licensed in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. I am also a Certified Clinical Transplant Dietitian and has spent the last 10 years specializing in Renal Nutrition at MedStar Georgetown Transplant Institute in Washington, D.C. As an advanced practitioner in the nutrition care of kidney transplant candidates and recipients, my focus has been educating and preparing patients meet the nutritional requirements for transplant. My experience is from a variety of settings, including dialysis centers, community nutrition, clinical and organ transplant.

We practice preventive medicine and strongly believe in the old Chinese saying that "the best physician is not the one who treats patients when they become ill, but the one who keeps patients from getting sick in the first place." We use not only traditional methods to diagnose the root causes of a patient's problem, but also the lastest tools in computerized testing and analysis.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Certified in Weight Management. As a current partner with TPG Pediatrics and Metropolitan Breastfeeding I am able to care for patient's dietary needs, picky eating, food sensitivities, lactation, and weight management providing both in-person and virtual appointments for all ages.

I work with clients to prevent the progression of chronic diseases (kidney disease, kidney stones, IGA Nephropathy, Polycystic Kidney Disease, high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes) through plant-based mindful eating practices.

Yueling Li L.Ac. O.M.D.(China) received her Master's degree in Acupuncture and Bachelor of Medicine degree from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (BUTCM), Beijing China. She is a Board Certified Diplomate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is also certified by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM) in Clean Needle Technique and she is state-licensed as a Licensed Acupuncturist in VA,

Cynthia Libby is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist passionate about helping folks heal their relationship with food, body image, and exercise. Cynthia has experience treating both adults and adolescents struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, eating disorders and other mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Cynthia takes a special interest in exploring the client’s current relationship with movement, offering guidance on how they may begin to challenge obligatory exercise and shift towards the incorporation of joyful movement.

Karin practices through a weight inclusive and non-diet approach. She is passionate about helping others find peace with food to nourish themselves intuitively. Karin prioritizes personalized care to meet each person where they are at and ensure nutrition goals are sustainable and attainable.

I work with individuals that come from all financial levels, different living situations, and geographical areas. My approach to care is to understand where you are coming from, and attempt to make the changes to your lifestyle feel less challenging.

Food and movement are the two of the biggest joys of life, and I love sharing that with others and individualizing care to help you experience the those joys in ways that matter most to you. As an empathetic person, I deeply care about who who are as a person first, then what your health goals are, which I explore through asking questions to understand, drawing connections, and coming alongside you to empower you to be the best version of you! I view food and movement as medicine, especially in treating and preventing chronic disease.
