As a registered dietitian with half a decade of experience across all levels of eating disorder treatment and care, I am committed to helping you build a better relationship with your body and with food via virtual nutritional counseling and support. No matter how far away it may seem, you can find food freedom and release yourself from shame and anxiety around food. Food is only one aspect of life, and it doesn’t deserve to take up all your precious energy.

Gena is a registered dietitian specializing in working with adults with Eating Disorders, Disordered Eating, GI Disorders (IBS, IBD, Low FODMAP), PCOS, and Pre/Post Natal Care. Gena believes eating should always be an enjoyable experience and feels it's her passion to help people find that joy in balanced eating. She has seen and felt the positive impact that food can have on one's physical and mental well-being; and she is passionate about helping individuals build healthy and long-lasting habits that improve their quality of life, happiness, and longevity.

I am a registered dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition, and Certified Lactation Counselor with close to 20 years of practice in pediatrics and gastrointestinal health. I specialize in food allergy and intolerance, including eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), celiac disease, food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES) and maternal diet elimination for breastfeeding babies with food protein-induced allergy. I am passionate about helping others to navigate their food allergies or intolerances and nourish the body despite food eliminations.

Jenna is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating. After completing her Bachelors in psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jenna worked in clinical research with adolescents with disordered eating at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. She then went on to pursue her Masters of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetic Internship at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. While in school, Jenna conducted research on family feeding practices and experiences of weight stigma.
