Many clients come with women's health issues, weight issues, digestive disorders, compromised immune systems, and psychological imbalances seeking a holistic approach. As a Naturopath, I believe in the body's ability to recover health, through proper nourishment, vitamin and herbal support, and lifestyle counseling and integrating a mind-body approach. My clients experience results. I work in partnership with my clients as teacher and consultant. I create customized naturopathic program to help my clients succeed at their personal health goals.

I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and healthy eating lifestyles. I provide nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy for clients suffering with eating disorders or complicated relationships with food and body. My weight neutral environment allows my clients allows to improve their relationships with food by removing moral judgments around food, building awareness of hunger/fullness cues and emphasizing the importance of emotional and physical wellness over weight loss goals.
