Hello! I'm Lisa, a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist! I am looking forward to providing you with quality and meaningful nutrition counseling. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Dietetics and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition. In my nutrition counseling sessions, I like to get to know you and your interests along with your medical history so I can tailor the plan that is just right for you! I have a compassionate approach to counseling and want to make you feel comfortable throughout our time together!

I have successfully treated thousands of patients since graduating in 2007. I run a busy practice in Naperville, Illinois and specialize in all women's health issues, pain, cancer care and autoimmune diseases. Each person receives one on one attention and care at our clinic. I've studied Oriental medicine all around the world including Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong China, where I worked alongside many great scholars and MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston Texas. Catherine obtained a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science and has over 17 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Catherine has experience developing nutrition programs for a health and well-being company and a rehabilitation center. She especially enjoys the one-to-one interaction and relationship that blossoms when working with clients. During sessions with Catherine, you can expect a non-judgmental, confidential, and client centered conversation. She will meet you where you are at in your health and wellness journey and assist with setting SMART goals.

Suzanna is a Board Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and completed her clinical internship and Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University. Suzanna has been a RD for almost 4 years and is an expert at pediatric and prenatal nutrition. However, she is the most passionate about helping anyone reach their goal.

Megan is double board certified as both a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition. She graduated with her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama and her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition from The University of Mississippi. She completed her dietetic internship from Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Megan has been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for 5 years. The first 2 years of her career as a dietitian, she specialized in meal planning, menu building, and nutrition education material development.

It is not often we are encouraged to honor our bodies needs. We live in world that teaches us to "watch it" and "have it together", especially around weight and food. Unfortunately, this constant pressure to "be good" can play a role in constant dieting, restricting, binging, purging and an all or nothing attitude around exercise. Fortunately, we can make peace with food and our bodies again. Our approach of trauma informed nutrition counseling and coaching teaches non-diet eating and body wisdom skills to learn to trust and feel safe inside the body and manage chronic issues such as burned and stressed out, PCOS and gut health.

Kelsey is a CDR Board- certified Registered Dietitian. Kelsey graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in dietetics. She has over 8 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and nutrition counseling in both inpatient and tele-health settings. Kelsey enjoys working with clients to make sustainable lifestyle changes. She has helped numerous clients meet their goals regarding weight management, diabetes, and heart health. After working with Kelsey, you will have a clear understanding on how to reach your nutrition goals.
