If food feels difficult, confusing and/or causes you worry, let’s talk about it. I’m here to help make it a bit easier. I use a nonjudgmental, weight-neutral and gender inclusive approach, to help all people realize that food can and does mean so much more than just the nutrients on the plate, and empower them that having a normalized relationship with food is possible. I believe in utilizing an all foods fit mentality to neutralize from the notion of “good” or “bad” foods. I specialize in working with adults, but can provide referrals to other providers who work with children or adolescents, upon request.

I provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and education in my practice. My goal is to prevent and reduce the risk of chronic diseases related to dietary lifestyle choices using a personalized approach that works for you. As a licensed registered dietitian, I have completed an accredited supervised practice and passed a national exam making me an expert in the field of nutrition and dietetics. My continued education in the field of nutrition allows me to maintain my registration.

I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist and lactation consultant.. As a mom of 3 boys who has tandem breastfed twins and practiced baby-led weaning when starting solids, my passion is to help support parents meet their breastfeeding goals and start solids without confusion or anxiety - no matter if you want to use a combo of formula & breastfeeding or a combo of baby food & baby-led weaning, I want to help. If you're thinking about incorporating some baby-led weaning because your older child has been a picky eater and you want to do it differently this time, I'm your person! I can also help with your older picky child.

I am a Registered Dietitian originally from Tremont, IL who currently lives and works in Morton, IL. I earned a Masters of Science in Dietetics at Eastern Illinois University and worked as a Sanitarian completing Health Inspections for the local community prior to becoming a Registered Dietitian. My career path has allowed me to work in a variety of settings and gain in-depth knowledge on multiple nutrition related topics. With a background in nutrition and an active career as an RD, I am passionate about helping clients find healthy habits that coincide with their lifestyle goals and improve their overall quality of life.

I work with clients to develop an individualized nourishment plan based on their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues – without relying on external factors like calorie counting or food restriction to guide eating. I believe that food should be satisfying, fun, and easy. I believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. And I believe that people in all bodies deserve respectful, compassionate care.

Hi there! I'm Faith, licensed registered dietitian and founder of The Bariatric Nutritionist. I specialize in treating adults with overweight and obesity. I received my Masters in Nutrition at University of Illinois. I bring to my practice over 6 years of nutrition therapy at one of the largest medical and surgical weight loss centers in Chicago. My counseling style is empathetic and encouraging.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft providing nutrition therapy for adults and adolescents with disordered eating and eating disorders. My drive as a dietitian is to work uniquely with each client to create safe, sustainable, and nourishing relationships with food. Dr. Jun Fu is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Illinois. She graduated from Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China where she studied more than 3000 hours in addition to 1800 hours of clinic intership. She has worked in TCM hospitals in China as physician by using a combination of TCM and Western Medicine for diagnosis and treatments of various diseases. Dr. Jun Fu has practiced acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine for above 20 years. Dr. Jun Fu obtained Ph.D degree in human Immunology and has a strong background in both of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine.

Dr. Robert Fulanovich has been serving your friends, families,and co-workers on the North Shore for over 30 years. Although I am a “dietitian,” I disagree with “dieting,” especially for weight loss. It leaves us feeling deprived which always backfires in the long run. When we meet, I ask a lot of questions about your health history, medications, food and lifestyle habits, blood work and more. This helps me to help you decide which areas you want to focus on to start. In follow-up sessions we build on this.
