I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who practices out of Health Loft helping clients whom have PCOS, interests in Pre/PostPartum nutrition, Gestational Diabetes, Diabetes, or Weight Management. I help clients to craft personalized, attainable, and sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes that support their health. By collaboratively designing small, impactful steps that preserve quality of life and promote personal choice, I help my clients achieve their goals from better blood sugar control to increased energy.

We are now bringing dietitian services directly to you via telehealth! We have the resources and insights of our team of dietitians, and deliver top-notch care directly to your home! Our team can collaborate with your other healthcare providers to share notes and feedback from our sessions. Anna’s approach to her clients' health and wellness is designed to instill confidence and empowerment in their nutrition choices. Chinese Medicine focuses on bringing the body into balance. It is the perfect choice for problems that don't have Western Medicine drug treatments, like viruses, and issues that don't have a clear diagnosis such as stress, hypersensitivity, and chronic fatigue. Your acupuncture treatment is customized, not only for each patient, but even for each visit based on your health right at the time of your appointment. Licensed acupuncturists use extremely fine, individually packaged sterile, disposable needles. Most patients don't find treatment at all painful. I have a Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine with 2700 hours of training.
