As the owner of Elixir Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine Center, I have two specializations as a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine: Healthy Aging and Women's Health & Fertility. I manage a patient's health care by diagnosing and treating various pain disorders from simple to complex and providing appropriate acupuncture therapies to help alleviate pain and symptoms. In addition, I treat a variety of issues related to women’s health, such as PMS, Irregular or painful periods, Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Menopause, and Fertility, both naturally and through in vitro fertilization and pregnancy support.

Hello there! I am a naturopathic doctor practicing naturopathic family medicine with a focus on hormones, gastrointestinal health, reproductive medicine, mood and nutrition. As a licensed primary care doctor, I see pretty much everything and treat the whole family (babies to the elderly). I received my doctorate of naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in 2009 and completed a 3 year naturopathic family medicine residency program with additional training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.

Dr. Jasmine Talei is a California licensed Naturopathic Doctor treating breast implant illness, as well as other chronic diseases. Dr. Talei focused her clinical training on the skin-gut connection, autoimmune conditions, and mold-related illness. She currently also works with women and men to optimize their hormonal health and provides post-surgical naturopathic care. Her healing philosophy combines modern day testing, diagnosis, and evidence-based medicine, with modalities that have been around for centuries, including herbal medicine, homeopathy, nutrient therapy, nutrition, and craniosacral-bodywork therapies.

I like to approach each session with a collaborative mindset in which we can set goals together, which can evolve over time!

I have been a Five Element acupuncturist for 35 years. I am deeply committed to help you with your physical symptoms, as well as to support you to live your life with more vitality and ease in all ways. I believe one of my personal strengths, as well as a strength of the Five Element Acupuncture approach, is to see each person as the unique individual that you are, and tailor each treatment to strengthen you in body, mind, and spirit.

I believe in the body’s inherent ability to heal. I provide guidance to my patients on how to take charge of their wellbeing. I work in partnership with my patients through their unique journey to wellness. The journey where they learn about their body and foundational principles of health, which will make them strong and resilient. I concentrate on the elimination of the symptoms by addressing the underlying causes of a problem. I incorporate diagnostic laboratory testing, physical exams, and advanced comprehensive evaluations to thoroughly assess patients’ health and develop a personalized treatment plan.

I aim to help clients understand the root cause of their symptoms and most importantly how they can use foods and nutrition to help manage their symptoms. Nutrition is not a one size fits all. I take a more holistic, whole person approach to help my clients by reviewing their history, symptoms, labs, or other tests in order to create an individualized nutrition plan. I practice a foods first approach and empower my clients by teaching them useful nutrition information.

My approach to care is rooted in empathy, education, and empowerment. I believe in treating each individual I work with as a unique and whole person, considering not only their nutritional needs but also their personal preferences, lifestyle, and goals.

We are highly experienced non-diet and weight-inclusive dietitians. We treat all conditions including eating disorders, diabetes, heart disease, women's health issues, allergies, family nutrition, intuitive eating and more. We are currently accepting new 1:1 clients via in office and telehealth. We are in-network with IEHP, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of CA, and Health Net. With our clients we focus on attainable health behaviors for sustainable health and wellness.

My passion for sports nutrition and overall health stems from being a former collegiate athlete and my desire to help others develop a healthy relationship with food while emphasizing a health-at-every-size, weight-inclusive approach in my practice. The societal standards that individuals, especially athletes, experience can be exhausting and create impossible standards to live up to.

Catherine obtained a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Science and has over 17 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Catherine has experience developing nutrition programs for a health and well-being company and a rehabilitation center. She especially enjoys the one-to-one interaction and relationship that blossoms when working with clients. During sessions with Catherine, you can expect a non-judgmental, confidential, and client centered conversation. She will meet you where you are at in your health and wellness journey and assist with setting SMART goals.

Suzanna is a Board Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and completed her clinical internship and Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University. Suzanna has been a RD for almost 4 years and is an expert at pediatric and prenatal nutrition. However, she is the most passionate about helping anyone reach their goal.

In addition, I am Certified in Sports Medicine Acupuncture© and have studied and trained in China at the Chengdu University Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I received my B.A. in Cultural and Medical anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
