Sports Rub Massage Recovery is an evidence-based Massage Therapy practice providing pain management solutions due to soft tissue injuries. Our Licensed Massage Therapists develop treatment plans to assist in the recovery of a sports injury, post-operative surgical rehabilitation, cancer and stroke recovery care or other wellness needs. We use a variety of massage therapy techniques and soft tissue mobilization tools to assist the client in obtaining a desired recovery result.

Dr. Wan, Graduated from one of the best University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. She was a board certified Chinese Medicine Physician in China. In addition, Dr. Wan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Pharmacology from the University of Arizona, School of Medicine, which give her a significant insight and valuable experiences in both Eastern and Western Medicine. With her unique and in depth knowledge, Dr. Wan has been using acupuncture, evidence-based herbal remedies, dietary supplements, exercise and lifestyle counseling to help her patients overcome obstacles to their health.

Liliana Aguilar is a bilingual licensed and registered dietitian in private practice who lectures and develops nutrition education seminars, provides medical nutrition therapy to patients, as well as referred individuals. Gives lectures to corporations, colleges and support groups. Has served as a Dietitian on Staff for The YMCA, out patient dietitian for The Houston Area Community Services for 5+ years, Spring Branch Community Services and eight years as adjunct faculty in the science department at Houston Community College.

Dr. Gracie Chukwu is a Doctor of Naturopathy specializing in Holistic Primary Care & Nutrition. As a Functional Medicine Nutritionist, my goal is to address the root cause of disease as opposed to simply managing symptoms like most conventional medicine doctors. As a massage therapist I believe in the value of customer care, that is why I have emphasized on training myself in many different modalities; So, I can blend on the massage sessions some of these different techniques like deep tissue, trigger points, acupressure and cranial-sacral, just to mention some few modalities that I use on my practice.

Muriel Doyle is a gifted educator and motivator. Her knack for identifying her clients' specific lifestyle challenges and creating a plan for successful improvement is one of her many strengths. She knows that education is only one of the many pillars for change. She understands the critical need to provide her clients with motivation and support using all available technology to be in contact with her clients beyond office visit. She uses HIPPAA compliant and user friendly computer and phone/i-pad app video conferencing and messaging to facilitate an ongoing support.
