She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and completed her clinical internship and Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University. Suzanna has been a RD for almost 4 years and is an expert at pediatric and prenatal nutrition. However, she is the most passionate about helping anyone reach their goal.

I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and a Board Certified Renal (Kidney) Nutrition Specialist. When I initially pursued a career in nutrition I was drawn to the idea that something as basic as food could have such a profound effect on health. Now my goal is to provide my clients with the most up-to-date nutrition advice backed by science, so they can feel empowered around food (even if they have a chronic disease). I was born and raised in north Florida and now reside in central Florida with my husband, son, and dog.

Nicholas is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science with a concentration in Dietetics and completed dietetic training with a focus on disease management and health promotion at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2018. Hi, I'm Stephanie! I’m a Health at Every Size aligned dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, and weight neutral medical nutrition therapy. I work with clients to develop an individualized nourishment plan based on their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues – without relying on external factors like calorie counting or food restriction to guide eating. I believe that food should be satisfying, fun, and easy. I believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. And I believe that people in all bodies deserve respectful, compassionate care.

I am a registered dietitian (RD) and a certified nutrition support clinician (CNSC) with 12 years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy. I have an undergraduate and a graduate degree in nutrition and dietetics and I am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in clinical nutrition to further advance my knowledge and skills as a RD. I am very passionate about helping others and I strongly believe that non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, etc. are preventable by making certain lifestyle changes and I aim to provide sustainable ways to make those changes rather than a "diet" approach.

Ilana has been a Registered Dietitian since 2017. She completed her dietetic internship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for various neurological conditions including epilepsy, post-traumatic brain injury, stroke prevention and post-stroke management, swallowing difficulty with use of modified diets, alternative routes of nutrition. Additionally, she also provides medical nutrition therapy for gestational diabetes, high cholesterol and weight loss. My nutrition counseling approach would be described as weight neutral, client-centered, and evidence-based. I believe everyone has the potential to actualize a life free from the burdens of dieting, the pressure of self-criticism, and the distress of consistent body dissatisfaction. I also believe clients nutritionally affected by certain medical diagnoses can find joy in preparing meals consistent with their new version of health.

To me, healing is so much more than an academic approach telling me where to put the needles when treating a patient. I am a Registered dietitian and Integrative and Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFNCP). I have over 25 years experience in both academic and clinical dietetics. I have received the "Outstanding Woman Award" from the City of Chicago for my work as well as being named one of the top 10 dietitians in Chicago by Expertise.com. While traditional medicine treats the body as individual separate organs, as a Functional Medicine dietitian, I view the body as one integrated system.

I am Board Certified in Integrative and functional Medicine. That means that I work with clients to find the root causes of their symptoms in a holistic way. We are learning that maintaining our gut health is the root of treating many diseases including autoimmune, inflammatory, skin, obesity, cancer, allergies, and more. I work with clients to figure out why they are struggling with a condition and treat it using food as medicine, identifying food sensitivities, providing nutrients to maximize the body's functioning, and if needed, I do cooking sessions to teach how to make healthy food taste great.

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Grace (she/her) is an experienced dietitian in the areas of disordered eating and general nutritional wellness. By using an anti-diet and weight inclusive approach, Grace works to help her clients repair their relationship with food and their bodies through Intuitive Eating. By using evidenced-based practices through the lens of the All Foods Fit philosophy and "Health at Every Size" Grace and her clients work together to identify patterns and limiting beliefs that inhibit them from living life unrestricted.
