In my undergraduate program at Benedictine University, I was awarded the community nutrition award; which is awarded to dietetic students that provide service to the community through nutrition. Fast forward a few years, and I have been a dietitian for almost 4 years. It is enlightening to see how much has changed since the beginning of my career. As well as how much I have learned and grown throughout while educating clients about their nutrition needs. Clients should expect to learn what steps to take in their lifestyle to achieve success with any nutrition change they set for themselves.

Jennifer is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience in the field of nutrition. After earning her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Ohio University, Jennifer completed an accredited dietetic internship and master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When working with Jennifer, she will support you in accomplishing your health goals in a non-judgmental environment. Jennifer has enjoyed working in various healthcare settings providing medical nutrition therapy to adults with chronic diseases as well as ensuring pregnant women are meeting their nutrition requirements.

With 3 years of experience at a residential treatment level, Ashley is well versed on the difficulties associated with cooccurring diagnosis and eating disorder recovery. She believes that all foods fit through practice of balance, variety and moderation. Her past experiences as an athlete and personal trainer has prompted a particular interest in sports nutrition.

Alaa Elhannouny, a Registered Dietitian (RD) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, completed her supervised practice in the Master's Coordinated Nutrition program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Her motivation as an RD is driven by her goal to prevent and combat the chronic conditions that affect many individuals today. Recognizing that nutrition is a key lifestyle risk factor for chronic diseases, she strives to empower clients to make informed decisions for optimal nutrition, helping them feel their best.

Hi! My name is Logan Smith. I'm a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, GI disorders and overall wellness. I work specifically with clients who want to achieve food freedom, work on their relationship with food to improve their health, achieve wellness and ditch the diet mentality for good. With my nutrition counseling approach, I will help you ditch dieting for good AND help you improve your overall wellness. Spanning the age spectrum, from her founding her own practice as Youth Sports Dietitian LLC to her 19 years in geriatrics as a clinical dietitian, Emily is a Board-Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in Illinois and Missouri and Certified Youth Nutrition Specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Central Missouri State University, graduating as the chapter’s President of Kappa Omicron Nu Honors Fraternity. Her didactic practicum was completed at Jewish College of Nursing and Allied Health in association with Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University.

My nutrition counseling approach would be described as weight neutral, client-centered, and evidence-based. Hi, I'm Stephanie! I’m a Health at Every Size aligned dietitian specializing in eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, and weight neutral medical nutrition therapy. I work with clients to develop an individualized nourishment plan based on their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction cues – without relying on external factors like calorie counting or food restriction to guide eating. I believe that food should be satisfying, fun, and easy. I believe that wellness should be accessible to everyone. And I believe that people in all bodies deserve respectful, compassionate care.

I was born and raised in Chicago, attended the University of Dayton for undergrad (Go Flyers!) and received my master's degree at Central Michigan University. I currently work at the University of Chicago as the liver transplant dietitian, specializing in all types of liver disease. I also own my own consulting business which has allowed me to broaden my expertise to serve an even wider variety of patient populations. When I am not working, I am spending time with my family- my husband, Kevin, and my two young (crazy) boys, Marty and Charlie, and have one more on the way!

Suzanna is a Board Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Purdue University and completed her clinical internship and Masters of Business Administration at Dominican University. Suzanna has been a RD for almost 4 years and is an expert at pediatric and prenatal nutrition. However, she is the most passionate about helping anyone reach their goal.

I serve as a filter between nutrition fact and fiction. Understanding how food choices impact day to day life is a crucial step to understanding how to eat right for your goals. I am here to help you build a foundational understanding of the nutrition and health connection, allowing you the autonomy to make choices that best align with your individual needs. I am a Registered dietitian and Integrative and Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFNCP). I have over 25 years experience in both academic and clinical dietetics. I have received the "Outstanding Woman Award" from the City of Chicago for my work as well as being named one of the top 10 dietitians in Chicago by Expertise.com. While traditional medicine treats the body as individual separate organs, as a Functional Medicine dietitian, I view the body as one integrated system.
