As a registered dietitian nutritionist and the owner of The Sweet Life Nutrition and Fitness, I believe in meeting the patient where they're at, "...because everyone deserves to live the sweet life". I primarily provide virtual care to patients with diabetes wanting to improve their blood sugars by implementing a sustainable, maintainable diet while also improving their fitness through guided workout plans and advice. I want to help build food freedom for people with diabetes so they can live their best life without their condition feeling like a crutch!

Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Serving Houstonians since 2008, we specialize in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Reiki energy healing. Our comprehensive holistic care includes internal medicine, pain management, women's health, fertility, emotional and trauma healing, energetic clearing and healing, stress management, preventive and wellness support, and more. Reiki practitioner course is offered monthly.

Jamie is a Registered Dietitian with Health Loft who takes a compassionate approach to nutrition therapy by meeting people where they are in their personal journeys and helping them make incremental changes in order to restore a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. She understands the harmful nature of diet culture and takes an approach to nutrition therapy that is both affirming and sustainable. She will tailor a treatment plan based in an individual’s specific needs and goals, always striving towards a place of recovery and growth.

Helping my clients achieve their desired results is the reason why I pursued a career in nutrition. I have experience working with children and adults, and enjoy finding creative ways to coach my clients through their nutritional goals. I provide nutrition counseling, diet analysis, meal planning and food shopping education. I have published articles and educational material, as well as presented lectures on various topics of health and wellness.

Henry and Sharon (Yingping) have over 30 years' clinical experience in China and USA. Both of us graduated from medical colleges in China. Our traditional Chinese culture and philosophy background, alone with professional training in both Chinese medicine (acupuncture) and Western medicine, provide us with unique insights when access our patients. Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian. I am passionate about helping people of all kinds meet their goals through nutrition and wellness and live a healthier life. Each client has their own personal plan that we devise together, so that it is something they can utilize long term.

Dr. Wan, Graduated from one of the best University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. She was a board certified Chinese Medicine Physician in China. In addition, Dr. Wan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Pharmacology from the University of Arizona, School of Medicine, which give her a significant insight and valuable experiences in both Eastern and Western Medicine. With her unique and in depth knowledge, Dr. Wan has been using acupuncture, evidence-based herbal remedies, dietary supplements, exercise and lifestyle counseling to help her patients overcome obstacles to their health.

I'm a plant-based dietitian and nutritionist, focusing on vegan and vegetarian diets. I have been plant-based and gluten free for over a decade. I offer personalized Zoom consultations, including a free 20-min introductory session. My services range from counseling to creating tailored meal plans, addressing weight management, balanced eating, meal prep, and more.
