My services are primarily mobile as I believe that the best way to help a client achieve as high a level of relaxation, is for them to receive my services in their own environment. I have just moved to the Houston area and have an office located at Hand and Stone in the Oak Forest area. My ideal client is male or female from the age of 17 to the elder years. They are active in maintaining what is for them, optimal health. Anna is a Registered Dietitian that practices out of Health Loft specializing in working with adults and pediatrics with a history of GI disorders (Celiac, IBS, Low-FODMAP, IBD, Constipation, GERD, lactase and sucrase deficiency), Healthy Eating, Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Pediatric Nutrition. She works collaboratively with clients to set realistic and practical goals reflective of individualized nutrition plans. She believes that balanced nutrition looks differently for everyone, and client’s medical history needs to be considered along with their resources, schedules, and circumstances.

Growing up the daughter of athletic parents, I became interested in sports, wellness and nutrition at a young age. As a competitive gymnast and diver in college, I found it fascinating that what you ate could effect your sports performance. This lead me down the path to becoming a registered dietitian.
